Eris Brewery and Cider House is currently under construction in Chicago’s Old Irving Park neighborhood. Eris will be a full service restaurant, brewing beer and hard cider on site making it Chicago's first cider house.

First built as a Masonic Temple – this adaptive reuse includes restoration of the brick and steel structure and reestablishes the original large sanctuary window openings. Existing historic light fixtures will be retrofitted with energy efficient lighting, and industrial riveted steel beams will be exposed in the dining room. A new raised seating area will allow views into the fermentation cellar below, and access to mezzanine level dining above.

A unique geothermal heating and cooling system will integrate with the brewing process equipment to capture and reuse waste energy.
